Recently, in the plant of Jieyang Yunfa Co., Ltd, we saw that the production line of plastic shoes was busy and orderly, and many links such as batching and injection molding were automated. According to the relevant person in charge of the factory, they produce plastic shoes with an annual output of more than 20 million pairs, which are sold to all over the country and foreign markets.

This is a microcosm of Rongcheng District’s support and encouragement of innovation in footwear enterprises. Next, the district will rely on the advantages of Guangdong Province Plastic Craft Shoes Product Quality Inspection Station to research and solve major technical bottlenecks, and accelerate the realization of independent innovation capacity.

In-depth cooperation with the Jieyang City Rongcheng District (Chinese Academy of Sciences) new materials technology industrialization research and development center will develop products with high technical content, high design level and high technology level, accelerating the enhancement of product innovation capacity. Exchanges with global brands like Melissa and Havana of Brazil and Carrot of the United States will continuously improve technical and automation levels to reach the leading level of the domestic industry.

Rongcheng District's footwear sector has long been a cornerstone of the local economy, with a particular strength in plastic shoe manufacturing that dates back decades.
